I used Anglopol a few years ago (now trading as Ellender Estates) to find good tenants for my flat. I couldn't believe it when David called me the day the advert went out to let me know he had two potential tenants. They vetted the Tenants very carefully and had all the references and checks done in quick time. The rates were very competitive and was so impressed with their service I instructed them to manage the flat. They provide a very friendly and professional service, nothing seems too much trouble. What I really like is that they don't charge for yearly renewal of the lease as they are the same Tenants. I have recommended many of my friends and colleagues to David.
